Toms Wings

Quick, easy, tangy, hot wings. This simple recipe can be double or tripled for parties. Purchase pre-cut chicken wing flats and rounds to save time. Wings are prepared the day before and served moments after reheating.
Ingredients -
 
2 1/2 pounds Whole Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Hot Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
1/2 cup Feesh Lemon Juice
 
Preparation:
 
1. Split wings at joint and remove wing tips.

2. Preheat peanut oil in deep fryer to 400 F. In batches, deep fry wings 10-12 minutes until crispy.

3. In small sauce pan over low heat, blend butter or margarine, hot sauce, and lemon juice.

4. Pour sauce over wings, coat well.

5. Refrigerate wings overnight.

6. Bake in 350 F until heated through.

Jalapeno Ranch Dip
Combine 8 ounces cream cheese, 8 ounces sour cream, ½ cup finely chopped cilantro leaves, 1 package dry ranch dressing, and 1 seeded and minced jalapeno to blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
