1. Puree jalapeno's, pepper, garlic, allspice, onion, thyme, vinegar, sugar, salt, oil, and water in food processor or blender until smooth.
2. Place wings in large casserole or baking dish and cover with sauce.
3. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate minimum 2 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Preheat oven to 350 F.
5. Bake wings 1 hour.
