Ingredients -
2 1/2 pounds Whole Chicken Wings, cut at joints, tips removed and discarded
1/2 cup Franks RedHot Sauce
1/3 cup Margarine, melted
Blue Cheese Dressing
Celery
Preparation:
1. Preheat oil to 400 F.
2. Deep fry wings 14 minutes or until wings are crispy and golden brown.
3. Combine hot sauce and butter.
4. Toss wings in sauce.
5. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery.

Blue Cheese Dressing
In a large bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise. Season with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon each salt and fresh ground black pepper. Stir in 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled. Cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
