Chicken Wing Recipe

The chicken wing recipe for everyone. Cut your own chicken wings into pieces, deep fry them till golden brown and then toss them in a mild hot sauce. Perfect wings for any occasion.
Ingredients -
 
4 pounds Whole Chicken Wings, tips removed, separated at the joint, rinsed, and patted dry
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
2 tablspoons Tabasco Sauce
1 cup Peanut Oil
1 cup Vegetable Oil
Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
 
Preparation:
 

1. In a small saucepan, melt butter with Tabasco sauce.

2. Transfer hot sauce to a large mixing bowl. Set aside.

3. Heat peanut and vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a heavy pot.

4. Cook the chicken wings in batches, about 10 minutes per batch, until golden brown.

5. Remove chicken wings from oil to paper towels.

6. Place chicken wings in the mixing bowls and toss with hot sauce.

7. Season with salt and pepper.
